My truck died while I was on a highway. My insurance company sent Road Runner to rescue us and they did a great job. They showed up fast and asked me if I needed any help. The driver waited for me to grab my things and dropped of the truck where we requested. He was very friendly and pleasant and did a great job handling our truck. Roadrunner is great. They have towed a bus for me twice and both times have helped me out of a serious jam; not the easiest towing jobs to say the least. They’re prompt and on time and take care of your vehicle. I highly recommend.

I was in a jam this weekend and in need of a tow. Through my insurance, I was scheduled to be towed by Road Runner. This is my first car, never been towed, and I was very nervous after hearing horror stories (Rare I’m sure but again, my first car). They sent me a flatbed truck and my Honda Fit got the grand treatment of being towed inside a Maserati tow truck. Abraham called me when he was 10 minutes out to give me a heads up, and by the time he got there it was still before the estimated ETA I was given by Road Runner. Abraham took excellent care of my car and walked me through different issues/concerns I’ve been having with my car and helped me understand more of what was going on. He loaded up my car and left, and called me again to let me know that my car had been safely delivered to the dealership. Abraham thank you so much for assuring me that my car was in good hands and being so kind to give me some answers of what was going on. Hopefully I never need a tow again but if I do, I know who to call.

I had just broken down and Allstate my insurance company had finally found someone to tow me home and it ended up being Road Runner Wrecker service. Thankfully because even though I was told that it would take approximately 50 minutes, Doug was there to hook up my Dodge Ram in less then 10-15 min and we were headed back to my house. I had an enjoyable conversation which was comforting since I believe my head gasket blew and I’ll now need a new motor. Great service and great employee in their driver Doug. Five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have a tow policy on my car through State Farm, I required a tow today out in Herndon. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a tow company! Mike was literally visible in 10 minutes after State Farm submitted the request. I found him to be very personable, it was clearly evident he liked the company he worked for. My past experiences with other companies has not been so positive to say the least; I can only assume it boils down to the employee not feeling appreciated. You guys must be doing something right that the others are not doing. I’m astonished by your overall rating compared to everyone else in the area, it speaks volumes. Mike is an asset to the company! Chuck the tow truck professional is amazing!!! He met me at my break down location expeditiously. We were stranded at Dulles airport and contacted our insurance company, Erie insurance who contacted Road Runner to tow our car to Rockville, Md. We can’t say enough about the entire process. The communication was excellent and the young man, Abe, who was the tow truck driver was very efficient, professional, respectful and very nice. We highly recommend Road Runner!

Steve was nice. He was definitely sleepy, but got there and helped me out with starting my battery. I’m just glad he didn’t have to tow me. It did take awhile, but I guess Steve was there straight out of bed and most likely not on call. He was sincere about my situation and surprised by my positive attitude, but I know that tow guys always get it hard because people are stuck in bad situations. I rated it 4 star service because of the dispatchers links not working properly.

Alex was my tow truck driver and he is awesome! Arrived quickly, extremely professional and knowledgeable about cars. My car would not start. He even took the time to try to diagnose the issue in order to avoid a tow. Unfortunately, I still had to get the tow but the fact that he took the time to explain and attempted to jump the car was helpful. I highly recommend this company for your towing needs!

The truck arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled. The driver knew exactly what to do, got the non-running car aboard and secured quickly, and headed for the repair shop. While the anticipated wait time was double the 50 mins before the wrecker arrived, the service itself was a pleasurable experience. Daniel (I believe was his name), was polite, courteous, and profusely apologetic for the delay. It was bright, sunny, hot, and humid....so he had me get in the air conditioned cab, left the motor running, and offered up some cold bottled water, while he hooked up. Shared some interesting stories on the way to our destination. All-in-all a pleasurable encounter.

Incredible/above and beyond service! Our Maserati wouldn’t start this am. They sent out a flat bed, just in case, and had a tech come out in a very timely manner to help diagnose/fix the issue. Thankfully, it turns out it just needed a jump. They were responsive, speedy, very professional and courteous. Also, my husband is terrible at remembering to fill his car with gas and the car needed to run for approx 45 min to charge the battery. So when I took it out to go get gas (up the street) he offered to follow to be sure the car would restart without issues....SO THOUGHTFUL! I wish other companies were this customer service oriented! Thank you Mark & thank you Road Runner!!!!!

Shawn towed our 24-foot “Tiny House” today and made it look like he could do this in his sleep. He was professional, precise, careful, and extremely respectful of our project and our preferences. We were also very impressed by his staying up late on his own time to personally figure out and wire up the 7-pin RV-style connector we needed on his truck, which allowed the truck to connect to the trailer’s brakes. Thank you for making our first move that much less stressful!
